Week 1 Update (6 Weeks to a 5k)

Here is a quick update on how I finished Week 1 of 6 Weeks to a 5k !!!

Week 1

Mon- Off Day

Tuesday- 5 min walk, 10 min walk/run, 5 min walk

Wednesday-Lauren Conrad’s 30 Minute Workout

Thursday- Yoga Day ( I was super sore)

Friday- Off Day

Saturday- 5 min walk, 15 min walk/run (1 min intervals)

Sunday- Walk 5 mins , 20 min walk/run (1 min intervals), 5 min Walk

So until next week enjoy the view of the finish line for my runs (and yes there is usual rain when I go on them!!!)
